Bonjour à tous,

J'ai changé de PC récemment et j'ai installé Minecraft mais malheureusement quand je le lance (en 1.7.10) ça me fait crash Minecraft mais je sais pas pourquoi

Non, la recherche de mise à jour dans le gestionnaire de périphérique est complètement inutile.
Vas dans le panneau de configuration -> liste des programmes et regardes si tu as le programme AMD Catalyst.
Si oui, ton pilote n'est pas à jour.
Si tu n'as pas ce programme mais que tu as AMD Crimson (ou un autre nom, je ne sais plus le nom exacte du programme) regardes la date d'installation, si c'est avant mars 2016 il n'est pas à jour.
