Minecraft Crash en Multi !

Bonsoir, j'ai minecraft depuis 6 ans et la j'ai mon premier problème que je n'arrive pas à résoudre !

Je vous l’explique je démarre minecraft et comme j'aime bien le faire je me connecte sur un serveur multi et la quand je me connecte mon jeu plante
