D'après ce ticket : https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-34749 le problème serait causé par un anti-virus ou autre logiciel interagissant avec le réseau.

Si tu as un anti-virus autre que Windows defender, je te conseil de le supprimer et de garder juste l'anti-virus intégré à Windows 10.
