Problème config groupmanageur

Bonjour,

Depuis peu j'ai quelques soucis avec les droits selon les rangs donnée aux personnes, des fois les commandes de bases genre /tp ou autre ne fonctionnent pas et des fois je n'arrive plus à changer de groupe une personne
