Problème de serveur La map se regenere

Bonjour
Tout marchait très bien j’installai mais plugins ect..(je commence le serveur) puis d'un coup je me co tout se que je casse se régénère , Je viens d'enlever mon plugins permissions et tout marche nikel voila le code de mon permission (honteusement pomper sur le web) Help svp (sachant que a un moment j'ai essayer de crée la classe Habitants mais comme je suis tout seule actuellement ses dure bon bref

Il faut que tu change la ligne "Build: false" en "Build: true" dans ta catégorie par défaut

oui mais si je fait sa les visiteur pourront build =/

et dans mon dossier il y a groupe et user (le dossier world dans le plugins permissions) user et group je les suprimme et je met le code mais rien a faire sa ne marche pas ! et quand je l’enlève et que je met les partie du code dans group et user sa me marque Grave dans la console et sa change R.I.E.N donc help ! svp
