Salut,

Une bibliothèque native est manquante.
Visiblement un bug similaire était présent en 1.13-pre : https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-132139?attachmentViewMode=list mais il est marqué comme corrigé.

Arrives-tu as lancer la version 1.13.2 ?
