Supprime ton .minecraft en gardant toutes les ressources importantes comme : les dossiers : saves, ressources-packs, server-ressources-pack, mods (on sait jamais) et surtout ton fichier : server.dat ! Après relance ton launcher pour finaliser la réinstallation. Ensuite fait moi savoir si tu as toujours ton problème

EDIT: Remet bien tous les dossiers que tu a gardé dans ton .minecraft après la réinstallation ! =p

Pour ton serveur avec les mods il te faut Cauldron et non Craftbukkit ou Spigot...
