Prob with creative mode. Can place blocks but can't break them.

Hey!

I've a prob.
I launched a minecraft serv 1.16.3 a few days ago and every thing is working well. Excepted 1 thing.
In creative mode i'm not allowed to break any blocs in creative (even 1000 blocs away from spawn) but it's possible to place them.

Here you have the list of the diff plugins i m using.

To answer to your problem: did you configure "LuckPerms" ?

It could also be due to GriefPrevention or EssentialsX(Spawn/Protect).
Are you OP on your server or did you give yourself some permissions?
