Les noms sont incorrects.
Réfère toi à ce fichier qui a les noms corrects il me semble :
http://jd.bukkit.org/apidocs/org/bukkit/Material.html
Il faut cliquer sur un nom pour avoir le nom à utiliser.

Maintenant, pour les colorants tu n'y es pas du tout et il ne sont pas explicités dans la liste que je t'ai passé il me semble.
En fait se sont des INK_SACK-X avec pour X la damage value.
