WorldGuard Problème

Bonjour a tous,
Le plugin WorldGuard est très utile mais il ne fonctionne pas sur mon serveur:
Quand je voulais faire un /region define ... ... apres avoir sélectionné un endroit de la map un message d'erreur s'affichait.. J'ai donc désinstallé le plugin pour ensuite le réinstaller, je suis donc allé sur bukkit j'ai téléchargé WorldGuard et quand j'ai voulu le mettre dans le dossier plugin de mon serveur sa ne marchait pas (aucun message ne s'affiche, le plugin ne se met pas dans le dossier)
J'ai essayé de comprendre le problème en regardant la console mais je comprend rien
Je m'en remet a vous ..
Je vous met la console (les messages à partir de quand je restart le serveur)
