C'est Essentials d'après moi...
Après Echec-Critique a l'air de s'y connaitre mieux que moi donc je le laisserai t'aider mais appremment ton serveur crash à chaque fois qu'une personne charge le message du jour

Donc à mon avis cela vient de Essentials vu que le message du jour est contenu dans Essentials.

Après il y a une autre posisbilité mais je ne pense pas que ce soit ça, c'est peut-être le fait que ta map est corrompu. On avait eu ce problème sur mon serveur, à chaque connexion d'un membre sur la zone corrompu (Trop de TNT avec WorldEdit que le serveur n'arrive pas à gérer, joueurs a plus d'1 million de blocs du spawn), le serveur crash totalement.
Ca peut peut-être être ça vu que le serveur crash à la connexion d'un joueur.

EDIT : Sinon tu à la solution de supprimer tous tes plugins (SEULEMENT LES .jar) et de les réinstaller un par un en voyant quand ça crash.)

Ok, mais pas aujourd'hui, c'est ma rentrée sur le forum, j'ai 33 alertes donc j'ai pas bien le temps ...
 
Personnellement ma version de xAuth date de l'âge de pierre... Et ça tourne vachement bien.

Dis moi si tu veux que je l'upload et te la donne.
